As a resident of anyplace outside of the state of TX, what's the first thing you think of? Cowboys, am I right?
I think you'll find plenty of horse lovers in our state. And, like Copuswalker said, Hill Country State Natural Area would be a very good place to ride. Do a google and you should be able to come up with something.
