I'm not positive about water and electric hook-ups but I can't imagine that there wouldn't be, seeing how trailer camping is very popular now days. I've only driven through the camp area to access the trailhead.

Another forest service campground that I just thought of is Double Lake outside of Cleveland on FM2025. Again I haven't camped here either. I hiked through the edge of it on the Lone Star Trail.

You might want to check out one or both of these and if they're not what you want then you could drive the short distance to Huntsville SP.
