Maybe ya'll can solve the debate between a friend and I. We're talking about lanterns, we are debating a battery start propane lantern and a match start propane lantern


My thoughts, although a battery pushbutton lantern would be easy to use, you have to worry about the battery dieing on you and carrying spare batteries, either keeping them on you or in a safe place away from the elements. Matches woudln't be the easiest thing to use in a wind storm, but they serve a dual purpose, light fire and lantern, they make windproof and waterproof matches. My vote is match light lantern over push button, as his vote is ease of button rather then match.
