A hunter shoots more than eight other people, killing FIVE (including a teenaged boy, a woman, father and son). On top of murder, he also gets lost in the woods and trespasses on private property. All of the victims were shot more than once, and his weapon was the only one involved in the fracas.

Someone granted this murderous freak a hunting license and firearm permit?!
