Re: Thanksgiving camping in Martin Dies SP

Thanks fot the replies. My wife is the one who suggested Martin Dies SP. We have only been there once during the summer, but would like to try it in the fall. Thanksgiving seemed like a good time. I saw Tejas, but had never heard of it. What's it like? I trying to convice her into getting a screened shelter. Right now she wants to hold off to see if her Parents are going. They have a 5th wheel and will want us to bunk in w/ them.

Whispering: Personally, inviting ones parents kinda defeats the purpose of going camping by ourselves for the weekend w/ only our 2 daughters and having the chance toget away from the city and re-conecting w/ my familly. No work, no school, no tv, no ringing phone... Just us, together.
