I just checked the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) website's fishing section. It includes their annual
trout stocking schedule but currently states the following:

Trout stocking has been completed for the 2003-2004 season.
The 2004-2005 stocking schedule will be posted here in mid-November.
