Thanks, actually I edited my comment/reply after seeing that it's a public service but I do appreciate the elaborate explanation.

We have to call the sheriff's office when burning trash to make sure but would be nice if there was an "official" guide to go by.. I'm sure this would take the burden off the dept from calls everyday with this question.
