Saw my GP today, as scheduled. He is pleased at my progress and with my BP. Gave me another script for 3 more months of the BP med I'm taking and wants to see me again when I finish that. Will keep doing what I'm doing and keep an eye on my BP but I think I've got a handle on this one  .
