April 2009 — Ray Roberts Lake SP/Isle du Bois Unit — Nature Hike — Every Saturday. 3-4 PM Explore a scenic trail and experience the East Cross Timbers and Prairies. Every plant and tree has a history in this unique part of Texas. Come join us for a short hike and discover these treasures! Meet at the Bluestem Grove Pavilion; park in the general parking area
April 2009 — Ray Roberts Lake SP/Johnson Branch Unit — Guided Nature Hikes on the Vanishing Prairie Trail — Every Saturday. Blooming wildflowers, plants, animals and ecosystems of North Texas prairies and cross-timbers will be explored on these one-hour journeys. Accessible for the mobility and visually impaired. 4-5 p.m.
