Re: Best state parks

We love Ray Roberts the best but its been packed this summer, it will probably be our park of choice. Cooper Lake we went once and the raccoons were the worst. It was pretty obvious people had been feeding the animals there. They were not afraid of humans at all and tried to get in the cars and tents. We went back the next year and it seemed better, we do enjoy seeing the occasional deer as the kids really like it. Havent been to Dinosaur Valley since I was a kid. We camped at the former Rusk state park because we love trains and it was nice to hear the steam locomotive start up and return each day. Anywhere we go must have electrical since my daughter has to keep her insulin refridgerated and we have one of those Coleman coolers that does that.

Thanks
