Sounds good other than it is a small park and Mt View area and primative tent area are apart from the other two areas. (see map on state site)
Would need to get someone there early to get spots together or at least within walking distance. But it has shade, a lake, fire rings, a playground and thats enough to keep most people busy.
With enough warning we might be interested. After our long trip we are resting for a few weekends:
