Solar shields for pop up campers
Hello everyone,
We just got back from our vacation. We went to San Antonio and Galveston. We did not take the TT as I was trying to save money on fuel and with the price it only cost about a hundred more dollars to stay in a hotel all week. Anyway, we stopped by Galveston Island State Park while we were in Galveston to check it out. It seemed like a nice park and my wife and I said that next time we go there we will take the TT and stay there. One thing we saw was that several of the pop up campers had a solar shield simular to the ones that you put in your car windshield. We stopped and talked to one family and was told that we could find them online. She said that they had just bought the two they had for this trip. She also told me that they make this trip every year and that she truely has noticed a difference. Having a hybrid trailer, I was wanting to know if anyone knows what I am talking about and where to find them. If anyone can help me out on this I would be very thankful.
