Now for the rest, Caprock Canyon ride, we got rained out in June a few years back, you can rent bikes so we had it set up but after rain the trail was too slick as it is low in spots. We stayed in Honey flat real restroom is there.
There is water at the lake.
No water spot in Palo Duro,so do laundry in the city and go to the museum one day. Park does have a grill and store.
Lake Colorado City SP Lake is ok, Park had signs on the rest areas warning of rattlesnakes, (especially when sun comes up or goes down, they like the park road and hard areas according to ranger at that time).
Nice grocery store at Colorado City but not much else.
