It is my understanding that the TPWD is having a good bit of trouble right now, brought on mainly by issues with Reserve America and their failure to provide services. This is putting increased load on TPWD and causing slow-downs in other areas. I'd suspect the best way to contact them would be by e-mail. I'm confident that your temporary pass will do the job as long as it needs to. Hope this helps and,
